Because it is possible that some of our products will be certified down the road and we really don’t want to extinguish them from our site, we have taken the ability to buy them off the site and added the following note:

This item has been temporarily discontinued as the supplier is not yet in compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Information Act of 2008 which went into effect on February 10, 2009 and mandates new safety regulations for all children’s products such as this one. This item will be available again in the future when we receive documentation that the item is CPSIA compliant.
