I heard the local owner of the Chick-Fil-A franchise speak once about how he tries to set himself apart. I get the feeling that the local franchise is probably even set apart from others…. you should connect with him at some point!

He insists that if someone says “thank you” they respond with “my pleasure”. Sometimes I say a few extra thank you’s just to test them. They can get in trouble if they don’t respond appropriately.
