Aquinas and More Catholic Goods is centrally located in Colorado Springs, CO. We carry thousands of products ranging from books and videos to chalices and church furnishings.
The store was started by Ian Rutherford in 2002 and is owned and run by his family and friends:
Ian is the founder, owner, and website administrator
James, his brother, is the general manager
Mike is the product manager
Ethan helps with technical support, systems, distribution, personalized items and odds and ends
Aline is the customer service manager
Shelley assists with customer service
Zach is the receiver
Jimbo is the shipper
Fran, his mother, handles quality control
Mike and Mike, his brother, help out with data entry
Rebekah, his sister, keeps the store clean and organized
Paula, Ian’s wife, provides moral support and sanity checks
Lucy, Margaret, Andrew, Anne, Susan, and Peter, his children, always ask what daddy does at work and baby Maria doesn’t know what work is yet.
The store name comes from two famous Catholic saints, Thomas Aquinas and Thomas More. The ox head in our logo is a symbol of St. Thomas Aquinas who was called “The Dumb Ox” because he was a very quiet student, and rather large.

To reach our store from the interstate take the Garden of the Gods exit off of I-25 and go East to Academy Blvd. Take a left on Academy and go north for about three blocks. Our store is located in the Flintridge Plaza on the Southeast corner of Flintridge and Academy between Denny’s and the Dairy Queen.
