Vision

We are in the process of building the premier distribution network for Catholic products in the United States in order to assist in the rebuilding of a Catholic culture in this country.

We will do this through the creation of a network of Internet sites, local stores, parish gift counters, a distribution facility and social gathering points throughout the country.

This network will give Catholics easy access to Catholic products as well as locations to meet with other Catholics and those interested in the Catholic Faith.

About Us

Aquinas and More Catholic Goods is centrally located in Colorado Springs, CO. We carry thousands of products ranging from books and videos to chalices and church furnishings.

The store was started by Ian Rutherford and is owned and run by his family and friends:

Ethan (Eddie) his brother-in-law’s brother, who runs the shipping department
Zach who does receiving.
Deb, who does order fulfillment.
Aline, who takes care of customer service.
Fran, his mother, who helps with sales.
James, his brother, who manages the office.
Mike, our sales manager.
Paula, his wife, who provides moral support and sanity checks.
Lucy (8), Margaret (6), Andrew (5), Anne (4), Susan (2) and Peter (1), his children, who always ask what daddy does at work.

Our name comes from two famous Catholic saints, Thomas Aquinas and Thomas More. The ox head in our logo is a symbol of St. Thomas Aquinas who was called “The Dumb Ox” because he was a very quiet student, and rather large.

Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 10-6 (MST). If you are located South of Denver and are looking for a supplier of wine and candles, please call us for information about our products.

The easiest way to reach our store from the interstate is to take the Garden of the Gods exit off of I-25 and go East to Academy Blvd. Take a left on Academy and go north for about three blocks. Our store is located in the Flintridge Plaza on the South-East corner of Flintridge and Academy between Denney’s and Dairy Queen.
